Anna Adam, BBA, Outreach Manager
Anna Adam is focused on building and sustaining strong healthcare provider relationships. As Outreach Manager for VHIT, Anna serves as a liaison to practices seeking Regional Extension Center assistance. Her role includes facilitating, coordinating and participating in outreach activities, such as office visits and conference presentations, that lead to provider enrollment. She also provides consultative services to primary care providers who are enrolled with VHIT to support their selection of a meaningful use-certified EHR product. Additionally, Anna offers guidance, resources and vendor communication tools that help healthcare professionals achieve implementation goals and timelines.
Prior to joining VHIT, Anna worked as a business account executive for a telecommunications company where she was responsible for driving sales and profitability by growing existing accounts. Anna has also served as a senior executive pharmaceutical representative at a large pharmaceutical corporation, generating new drug sales related to such health problems as diabetes, osteoporosis, hypertension, and depression. In this role, she formed strategic relationships with physicians and office staff and implemented educational programs to assist them with their needs.
